I really like Santa Cruz gear, but trying to grab one of the limited edition boards has been frustrating. By the time I notice the email or see the post, most of the sizes or designs are already sold out. I don’t mind waiting for a drop, but it would help a lot if there were clearer instructions ahead of time on when things are going live and how the release works. Either more stock or better notice would make the whole thing feel way less stressful.

I ordered a hoodie from santacruzskateboards and the quality is fine, like fine fine, nothing to complain about there. But the fit was kind of weird. I got my usual size and it ended up feeling shorter than I expected. The sleeves were okay, though. It’s not terrible or anything, I just wish the size guide was a bit clearer. I’d probably size up next time.

The board showed up overseas in good condition and the tracking was decent enough. It did take longer than I hoped because customs held things up, and of course they had to hit me with extra fees too. Not really the seller’s fault, just customs being customs. Overall, I’m still happy with the order.

I got my deck a few months ago and, it’s still holding up really well. The pop is good, and I haven’t noticed any weird cracks or chips so far. I’m happy with the quality overall, but if there had been any issue with the order or communication, I’d definitely still expect at least a quick apology.

I can’t stand when sites hide fees until the very last page, and that happens way too often. Like, just tell me the price upfront, don’t make me click through everything and then surprise me with some extra charge.

I ordered from Santa Cruz mostly because I grew up seeing their decks everywhere, it still feels like an actual skate brand. Not one of those random companies slapping graphics on a board and acting like they’ve been around forever. The site was easy enough to use, the board showed up in good shape, and it has that old-school skate vibe I was hoping for. Shipping did take a little longer than I wanted, which was mildly annoying because of course I kept checking the tracking like a maniac, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I’m really happy with the shape and the concave on this. It feels natural under my feet and gives me a lot of confidence when riding. You can tell it’s designed well, and it really helps make everything feel more solid and controlled.

The grip tape on mine was applied badly. There were bubbles all over it, and after just one session the edges already started peeling up. Has anyone else had the same issue with theirs?

Smooth. The board rides really nicely and feels stable under my feet, which I liked right away. Fun. It’s great for cruising around and messing with basic tricks, but the pop faded faster than I was hoping. Meh. For the price, I expected a little more, but it’s still a decent board overall...

I wasn’t really happy with how long the exchange took. I expected it to be a simple process, but it ended up dragging on much longer than it should have. The product itself might be fine, but the slow exchange left a bad impression and made the whole experience frustrating.

I ordered a hoodie and a tee because I really liked the designs, and to be fair, the prints do look good in person. But the actual fabric was kind of disappointing. The hoodie feels stiff and rubs around my neck, and after just one wash it got a bit scratchy. I also found the communication around the materials and what to expect unclear, which was annoying since I was expecting something softer for the price. Cool look, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve the comfort.
